Open title orders • Order demands, payoffs, surveys and taxes • Order documents to be signed • Interacts with lenders and customers with problems and questions • Balance and close out files • Orders policies
Knowledge and training in endorsements, policy procedures and rating manual • Basic understanding of HUD statement and disbursement • Knowledge of Ramquest • Maintains underwriter logs • Typing ability must be concise and accurate • Basic understanding of company Escrow Bookkeeping
Seeking Parties who are well-versed on all aspect of the title industry and interested in partnering with ABA prospects and managing ABA Title Agencies. Must be able to hire staff and manage the ABA Title Agency as a separate business. Must comply with a RESPA and TDI rules. Must be able to manage the Title Agency and provide financial and business reporting to stakeholders.
